You sit in the car while you commute each day, many people sit for long hours at desks while they work, and it’s common to sit for meals or while relaxing in the evening. So, what’s the solution?

A daily exercise routine is ideal, but it’s not the reality for many Americans. As a result, we’ve compiled a short list of things you can do on the job that will help to combat the adverse effects of sitting for long periods.
