Working together to make a low-cost, lightweight, easy-to-build and operate motorized pediatric wheelchairs for small children in need. The grant funds will be used to make 6 wheelchair kits for families in need.
New Hope Crisis Center
Providing all-inclusive, integrated, victim-centered services to stabilize and support individuals, families, and our community. The grant funds will be used to provide resources for victims residing in a shelter, such as food, clothing, transportation, medication, hygiene products, linens, and paper products.
Mercy Housing Mountain Plains
Providing safe, stable, program-enriched affordable housing to low-income families, seniors, and individuals with special needs. The grant funds will be used to support the smoking cessation program by providing quit assist materials, incentives, and healthy snacks.
Utah Conservation Corps Urban Community Farm
Providing agroecology education and food assistance to the low-income community all four seasons of the year. The grants funds will be used to purchase a nuc colony of bees for the beehive, honey harvest equipment, season extension supplies, citizen science research supplies, and seeds.
Utah Foster Care
Serving Utah's children by finding, educating, and nurturing families to meet the needs of children in foster care. The grant funds will be used to provide the supplies and resources needed for foster families that are receiving mentoring services.
Junior League of Ogden
Working with community partners to address and solve pressing issues throughout Ogden as a network of empowered female civic leaders. The grant funds will be used to convert 3,500 square feet of underutilized space in the garden into an urban farm plot.
Northern Utah Coalition
Promoting healthy lifestyles for better living. The grant funds will be used to buy hepatitis C kits to provide free testing to underinsured or uninsured individuals.
Share a Smile
Providing dental care to the needy in our community. The grant funds will be used to purchase materials that cannot be donated such as anesthetic, filling materials, dental varnish, sutures, and needles.
Southeast Utah Health Department
Providing suicide prevention activities to benefit individuals in our community who need it the most. The grant funds will be used for continued Question, Persuade, and Refer (QPR) training and educational materials.
Utah Community and Refugee Partnership Center
Inspiring and empowering refugees to become self-sufficient by offering services that address critical needs. The grant funds will be used to help underprivileged refugee families sign up for healthcare and purchase assessment supplies, such as blood pressure cuffs and pulse oximeters.
Friends of Utah County Children's Justice Center
Seeking justice and healing for child victims. A safe haven where small voices can be heard. The grant funds will be used to improve health and wellness by purchasing medical supplies needed during a sexual assault medical examination.
Salt Lake City
Supporting elders who live in the cultural and spiritual traditions of the Navajo people. The grant funds will be used to purchase basic items such as food, canes, walkers, and bandages.
Assistance League® of Salt Lake City
Improving the lives of children and adults in our community for over 40 years through hands-on philanthropic programs. The grant funds will be used to purchase items for Assault Survivor Kits that include clothing, underwear, and hygiene products.

Delivering food to hungry children for the weekend. The grant funds will be used to buy food for the kids.
Providing affordable housing and treatment services for individuals in need, rather than their ability to pay. The grant funds will be used to provide housing to those committed to getting clean and sober.
The Christmas Box International
Improving the quality of life for children and youth who experience abuse, neglect, or homelessness. The grant funds will be used for the JUMP program expansion into Northern Utah for life skills workshops for young adults.

Utah Down Syndrome Foundation
Providing hope to individuals, their families, and the community through support, education, activities, outreach, and advocacy. The grant funds will be used to purchase curriculum material and promotion of the Kindergarten Kickoff class.
The Sandy Club, "A Safe Place for Boys & Girls"
Providing at-risk children with a safe environment that fosters self-confidence, respect for others, leadership, and social skills. The grant funds will be used to purchase healthy after-school snacks for the 120 youth who attend daily.
Feeding hungry children and building their self-esteem. The grant funds will be used to feed up to 250 hungry children over the weekend during the school year.
Tabitha's Way Local Food Pantry
Helping families and individuals through tough times by providing temporary food assistance and pointing them to resources for self-reliance. The grant funds will be used to purchase healthy food items needed to complete the pantry food kits.
Making lives in Southwest Utah better by providing accessible, quality healthcare regardless of financial, language, or cultural barriers. The grant funds will be used for behavioral health support for opioid addiction and depression.
Memory Matters Utah
Helping individuals with dementia and their families with education, support, activities, and consultation. The grant funds will be used to pay for 100 full days of classes for those with dementia who otherwise would not be able to attend.
Syracuse High School Hope Squad
Changing all of our hearts to make room for a little HOPE through suicide prevention. The grant funds will be used to support the Hope Walk to remind students that the Hope Squad is there to help them when they need it.
The Reach Program
Empowering youth to create purpose-filled futures by providing community education, support, and lasting connections. The grant funds will be used to purchase 700 Question, Persuade, and Refer (QPR) Suicide Prevention booklets and Youth Mental Health books.
Helping those lost in the fog of emotional and physical trauma to find their way through equine therapy. The grant funds will be used for therapy sessions and other supplies to support the attendees.
