STEP Express lessons include objectives, worksheets, and games covering the entire 4th- grade Physical Education State Core Curriculum as well as sections of the Health Education core. It introduces the parts of the social studies core (Asia) as well as some elements of the math core (division and bar graphs).

These lessons DO NOT have to be done on a specific time table or concurrent with the eight-week program. Do them at your own pace and feel free to customize.
