We offer Get Fit, Summer Slimdown, and Holiday Weigh In work site weight management programs to help your employees lose and manage their weight.

Intermountain Healthcare offers classes and nutrition counseling for healthier living and weight management. We will reimburse eligible members $200 of the registration fee upon course completion. Click here to find a class near you.

Summer Slim Down

The Summer Slim Down program encourages your employees to lose weight for the summer. Materials include information on getting started, registration forms, educational handouts, prize ideas, and evaluation forms.

Get Fit

SelectHealth's program Get Fit will help you create a personal workable exercise program, maintain an existing exercise program, or just provide you with information about exercise.

Holiday Weigh In

The Holiday Weigh In program encourages your employees to maintain or lose weight over the holidays. This program provides you with three variations for implementation, ranging from distributing educational materials to making program changes.
