Prescription Drug Look Up - To find your plan specific information log in to My Health . Most members can use the following lookup to access drug information.
Check your ID card to determine if RxCore applies to you. 
Pharmacy Locator - Find the closest participating pharmacy by using your ZIP code.
Prescription Reimbursement Form - If you use a nonparticipating pharmacy, you may pay full price for the drug. To be reimbursed, submit your receipt with the following Prescription Reimbursement Form.
