Retail90
SelectHealth's Retail90 program offers more convenience for prescriptions you use on an ongoing basis. Using Retail90, you can receive a three-month supply of prescriptions at a more affordable copay/coinsurance amount.
You are eligible for Retail90 if you have already filled your prescription in the last four months using your SelectHealth pharmacy benefit. Ask your participating Retail90 pharmacist if this program is right for you.
You may want to order your refill two or three days ahead of time so your pharmacy can ensure they have a 90-day supply of your medication available.
To find out if your medication is considered a maintenance drug that is eligible for Retail90, please call Member Services at 801-442-5038 (Salt Lake area) or 800-538-5038 weekdays, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Medco by Mail Order Form
To participate in the Medco by Mail delivery program, you must complete a form for Medco by Mail. The first half of the order form must be completed each time a new or renewed prescription is submitted. The second half of the order form is the Health, Allergy & Medication Questionnaire. The portion needs to be completed and submitted with the first mail order prescription. It should also be completed if you have experienced any changes in your health your pharmacist should know about.
