HIPUtah offers a Premium Assistance Subsidy (PAS) Program. You may be eligible for up to a 50 percent discount on your monthly premium depending on your annual income level.
If you believe your income is at or below the amounts shown on the Premium Assistance Subsidy Chart, we recommend you apply. This program is available until the entire federal grant funding has been depleted.

Application is easy; please refer to the HIPUtah Premium Assistance Subsidy Application for additional details regarding this program. If you believe that you qualify for the PAS program, complete the application along with the requested income documentation and return it to HIPUtah's Administrator within two weeks to:

HIPUtah will notify you if you are approved for the PAS Program. As a part of the process, you will have to re-qualify yearly for the PAS Program.
