Member Advocates and Behavioral Health Advocates can help you with the following services:

• Get an appointment for annual exams, immunizations, and checkups
• Choose a provider who is accepting new patients
• Learn more about a participating provider, such as where he or she went to medical school
• Find a provider who speaks a different language
• Get an appointment with a specialist
• Get an appointment for urgent care with another provider when your provider is unavailable
