Federal HIPUtah is a temporary, federally subsidized health insurance program that provided coverage to uninsured individuals with pre-existing conditions who have been without insurance coverage for at least six months.
Effective March 2, 2013, enrollment in the Federal-HIPUtah program is suspended until further notice. If you have lost your PCIP coverage because you moved out of state, you may still be eligible for Federal-HIPUtah.
