    We offer two plan options for federal employees. Choices include plans with and without deductibles.

    Standard and High Option Plans

    The Standard Option plan offers a $200 self and $400 family deductible. The High Option plan has no deductible. Both plans offer an expanded network in Utah and Idaho.

    Out-of-Area Coverage

    Our network covers both Utah and Idaho. In Idaho, BrightPath providers participate on this network.

    When traveling outside of Utah and Idaho, use MultiPlan and PHCS providers. These providers have agreed to accept an allowed amount for covered services. ​​​​​

    These benefits are neither offered nor guaranteed under contract with the FEHB Program, but are made available to all enrollees and family members who become members of the SelectHealth FEHB Plan.
