Health Fairs and Screenings
Let us teach you about proper exercise and nutrition during a free, on–site health fair. We’ll provide blood pressure, body fat, cholesterol, and glucose screenings. Online presentations and quizzes are also available for employees who are unable to attend.
Or take advantage of our Lunch and Learn classes. We offer your employees interactive presentations on topics ranging from saving money on prescriptions to understanding nutrition labels.
Note: A minimum of 45 days advanced notice is required for health fairs and wellness classes. Due to the large volume of requests received, health fairs are limited to one each year; wellness classes are limited to two each year. Minimum size and participation requirements apply.

Flu Shots
Cut down on sick days by receiving an annual flu shot. We’ve teamed up with Community Nursing Services (CNS) to offer flu shot clinics for SelectHealth members, their insured spouses, and their adult dependents.
Note: Arrangements for non-SelectHealth members to receive shots at an employer cost must be made in advance by calling Community Nursing Services (CNS) directly at 801-207-8777.

Sometimes you can use some one-on-one attention. For an additional fee, a SelectHealth wellness coach can create a customized plan to meet your individual needs.
