Our team of compassionate, registered nurses averages nearly 30 years of experience in all areas of medicine, with a local knowledge of facilities, providers, and services. A nurse will work personally with you and your doctor to make sure you get the most appropriate care and receive help with your benefits and claims.
We focus on getting you better and keeping you well. In addition to one-on-one support, we provide educational materials, online and community resources, and follow-up phone calls to help you manage your condition. Care management services are available to all SelectHealth members. We can help with the following:
