We appreciate your partnership and support of the SelectHealth brand. We invite you to use our logos in your advertising materials, including your Web site. Please note that by mentioning SelectHealth in your advertising materials and/or downloading the logo images below, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined in our Advertising and Logo Usage Agreement.
Use the Logo Usage Quick Reference Guide for examples of proper logo placement. Contact us if you have additional questions or specific logo needs.
Agent Appointment Information
The guidelines described below are for new and existing SelectHealth agents effective January 1, 2012.
New Agents
- Complete “Agent Appointment Application.”
- Complete “Quick-Start” online training module.
- Meet minimum production requirement.
- Within the first full year of appointment, reach $5,000 in monthly premium (e.g., if you are appointed July 2012, you have until December 2013 to meet the minimum).
- Complete any additional required training within specified timeframes.
Existing Agents
- Meet minimum production requirement.
- By December 31, 2011, reach $5,000 in monthly premium. If you were appointed in 2011, you will have until December 2012 to meet the minimum requirement.
- Complete any required training within specified timeframes.
